DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT One nights deposit for confirmed reservations. Refundable if notified one week prior to arrival. Deposit must be received 2 weeks prior to arrival and no later than 10 days from date reservation is made.
Guests must be 21 years of age or older to check-in.
Guests under 25 years of age not accompanied by a parent or legal guardian are
required to place a $500 security deposit per room by credit card. Legal
identification and credit card is required at check-in.
